Halliburton, KBR, Exxon, Blackwater, and more… Iraq has been a private sector circus resulting in countless civilian and soldier deaths as well as gross logistical incompetence, mass extortion, and an ingenious state-sanctioned contractual process by which these corporations have made – and continue to make – millions upon millions of $’s doing a really, really bad job (often endangering or impoverishing soldiers) or nothing at all.
