“BBC April 2002 Daft Moon Landing Hoax debunked by Patrick Moore and Douglas Arnold.”
Patrick Moore is a childhood hero of mine. It intrigues me that this moon landing hoax issue inspires so much debate. Surely there should just be plain old evidence that cannot be called into question by experts?

It is ironic that Patrick Moore helped provide hoax researchers with one of the most damning pieces of evidence from the mouths of the Apollo astronauts. It was Moore who inadvertently exposed the mistakes of Armstrong and Collins as they mistakenly admitted that the position of the stars was something that NASA could not fake.
Everything these gentlemen discuss can be proven to be wrong. Some of their arguments are simply straw men.
Eisenhower warned us that the public’s access to truth itself was in great danger to be subverted by control under the US government.
“Akin to, and largely responsible for the sweeping changes in our industrial-military posture, has been the technological revolution during recent decades.
In this revolution, research has become central; it also becomes more formalized, complex, and costly. A steadily increasing share is conducted for, by, or at the direction of, the Federal government.
Today, the solitary inventor, tinkering in his shop, has been over shadowed by task forces of scientists in laboratories and testing fields. In the same fashion, the free university, historically the fountainhead of free ideas and scientific discovery, has experienced a revolution in the conduct of research. Partly because of the huge costs involved, a government contract becomes virtually a substitute for intellectual curiosity. For every old blackboard there are now hundreds of new electronic computers.
The prospect of domination of the nation’s scholars by Federal employment, project allocations, and the power of money is ever present and is gravely to be regarded.
Yet, in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy could itself become the captive of a scientific-technological elite.”
It is clear from our research that the Apollo 1 crew were murdered (Scott Grissom has confirmed this), and Apollo was designed to conceal the true space program – weaponization of space for control over the Earth’s population.

What an utterly ridiculous statement.
The Moonfaker series is laughable.
I urge you to check out the critical comments underneath each of the Moonfaker ‘exhibits’. The critics tear his arguments to shreds.

No hoax argument has yet stood up before sound scientific examination. And no respected authority in Space Related Sciences or leader in the Aerospace Industry believes it was faked. Even someone with basic internet skills could uncover that. The only thing the conspiracy theorists have proven is that they are obsessed with believing the conspiracy. It has simply become yet another selection in the ever-increasing suite of disestablishmentarian “religions”. Your types simply won’t be bothered with searching for the truth anymore or listening to basic reason. Whether due to the excitement of conspiracy, emotional investment in the belief, or simply a basic hatred and distrust of the U.S., you people stubbornly soldier on in this ridiculous notion of a hoax.
It is simply not hard to find the proofs of the Moon Landing, not to mention the many governments and agencies who have had more than enough incentive, freedom, and scientific credibility to state otherwise and have not.
