Within two weeks of publicly discussing the single release and civil liberty issues, Lily Allen was nearly beaten to death with a crow bar by a gang of “Mexican thugs”. This was ignored by the mainstream media (try googling it). Are the two events unrelated? She, herself, isn’t sure.
