    why?not enough evidence too much conjecture.you are asking deeply cynical people to take something on trust on the basis that we are all like minded.there seems to be a very low burdon of proof if you are on side and an automatic presumtion of guilt if you are any way connected with the authorities.no,overall i do not trust government agendas,but you seem to be assuming that hundreds of thousands of low level bueracrats will be willing to commit or orchestrate unspeakable acts on their fellow man on the basis of fear alone.now back to why?there seems to be a touch of confusion ;is the government trying to enslave or quite literally decimate its population?will this decimation terrorise the citizens of the most individualistic nation in the world.you have, i am afraid, missed the boat.the irony is the revolution was not televised .
