It’s equally important to remember that such extremists are likely characterised, in the majority, by a violent and disturbing past. These psychological events have likely been brought about in some cases – though how many we can’t be sure – by abusive and coercive Western foreign policy. Think – for one example – Mossadeq, Khomeni, the CIA/MI6, Oil, British Petroleum, homelessness, poverty, extremist and sectarian violence.

Please note that nowhere here on this site do I use the words ‘Terror’ or ‘Terrorism’. The term has become so multi-layered and semantically viral owing to Western political, and thus mainstream media, manipulation it no longer actually means anything at all.

I am mostly inclined to say this is a hoax [update: two new videos (added above) and that inclination has lessened, though it could be a UAV]. Often sightings – even when real and not fabricated – are easily explained away: if real, this is not one of them. Will 2011 unfold as one of the most spectacular years on record for UFO sightings?

5th Feb, 2011: I’ve now added three more videos claiming to debunk the footage as a hoax. I always felt it was. However, this footage is nothing compared to this…

UPDATE: Now another video has surfaced (added at the end). Either someone’s having a lot of fun producing these and kicking back to watch the reaction or they are, in fact, real films. We really could do with witness statements, i.e. for someone (anyone seen a journalist?) to take the story seriously.

I keep thinking it’s a UAV because of the way it drifts back from the Dome. Also, the flashes really do look like a camera flash: there is a setup (smaller) pre-flash and then a larger one – just like your regular digital SLR. The thing that makes me uncomfortable about this assumption is the sheer speed it disappears up into the sky. I can’t imagine a UAV doing this but again I can’t really judge knowing next to nothing about the technology.

Thursday, August 20th 2009, Joseph Moshe called into a U.S. radio station claiming to be an individual involved in government bio-weapons research: the information he provided, if not least subsequent events, appeared to corroborate this claim.

On air he alleged that a pharmaceutical company had been preparing vaccines as a bio-weapon (vaccines that essentially spread disease rather than contain it) in the Ukraine.

The following day his car was surrounded by twenty – or more – police on the grounds that he had made “threats to the Whitehouse”, was pounded with round after round of teargas (which, interestingly, he was immune to: as are most military personnel) and – after an hour’s standoff, all recorded live by CNN – eventually arrested.

He hasn’t been heard of since. There are rumours, among others, that he either was deported to Israel or that he now resides in a Californian mental institute.

Approximately two months later the Ukraine reported an unprecedented epidemic of a Swine Flu hybrid sweeping the nation, dubbed the “black lung” virus.

The mainstream media dropped the story immediately after his rather dramatic disappearance.

Sensationalism? Not so sure. As far as I’m aware Oprah Winfrey is fairly rigorous about vetting her stories. But I really couldn’t say. The ADL (Anti-defamation league) leapt all over this for some reason, at the time.

I’ve done quite a lot of research into this kind of thing (there is a dark underbelly of the journalistic internet that I don’t recommend unless you have the stomach for it). There are crazy stories out there (among the more often obvious fictions), dreadful events that haven’t reached the mainstream news: a complete history of humanity you’ll never hear unless you look for it. Some of these events have been covered up by governments, communities, the police, secret intelligence agencies; sometimes because they’ve been perpetrated by Monarchies or other “publicly sensitive” institutions or communities. Many authors claim that secret wings of the establishment have been or are involved. History is full of these tragic tales of inhumanity (though, one could argue, just what is it to be human?) and I see no reason why it shouldn’t continue to be rife today, especially among those fraternities to whom social seclusion – through means of private property, money, power, shared psychopathy or plain and simple geographic remoteness – and vindication from the justice system comes easily.
